What we collect

When you submit a repair request, we collect your name, email, phone number, city or ZIP, the repair issue, urgency, preferred contact method, any message you write, and a record of your consent. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use and share it

• To review your request and contact you about it.
• To share your request with an independent local garage door provider so they can contact you. We may be paid by that provider for the referral.
• To prevent spam and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.

Symptom checker

The symptom checker runs in your browser; its answers are not sent or stored.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorized site staff. They are never shown publicly and are not forwarded by automated email.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your request at any time by replying to any message we send you about it.
